How to book an appointment on the portal

How do I register an account?

  1. Click "Sign Up"

  2. Enter the Invite Code supplied by your employer or insurer

  3. Add your details

  4. Important: your mobile number should use the country code eg. +35387XXXXXXX

  5. Add a password

  6. Check your details are correct

  7. Click "Confirm"

  8. Enter the code received by SMS

  9. If SMS confirmation doesn't work, choose "activate via email" instead

  10. Log in using your email and password

How do I book an appointment?

  1. Start in the main menu, under 'Book Appointment'. If your employer is providing the service for you, select 'Employer pays'. If you are paying for the service, select 'Patient pays'.

  2. Choose your appointment type (eg. Flu Vaccination).

  3. Choose your preferred site (eg Your Company – Dublin Office or Your Company – Galway Office) and your preferred date and time (morning or afternoon) then click 'search'.

  4. Choose your preferred appointment slot. Check the appointment details carefully to make sure you are booking the right Company Location (eg Dublin Office or Galway Office) and click 'Book Appointment'. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.


If no appointment slots are displayed, click “change filters” to change your preferred options (Site, Date or Time) to find an available slot. You may also just click 'reset filters' and search again with no filters to see all available slots.

When I try to make a booking it says 'There was an error'

This is usually because somebody else booked the slot before you. Please try again. If you get this problem persistently please contact the appointments team who will give you support.

How do I check appointment details?

In the main menu, under 'Appointments' you will find all of your current bookings. Click the appointment title to see the details. You will have also received a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to prepare for the appointment.

How do I cancel my appointment?

In the main menu, under 'Appointments' you will find all of your current bookings. Click the appointment title to see the details. Click 'Cancel Appointment' to cancel the appointment. Please note that, for some appointment types (eg. Occupational Health, Pre-Employment Medical), cancelling the appointment may incur a charge to your employer and may affect your employment status.

Where do I find questionnaires or surveys?

You can find your pending questionnaires or surveys in the main menu, under 'Questionaires'

Where do I find medical reports/certificates/prescriptions?

You can find all of your clinical information in the main menu, under 'Medical History'

I've forgotten my username, how do I get a new one or a reminder of what it would be?

This will be your chosen e-mail address you used when you made your booking.

I've forgotten my password, how do I get a new one or a reminder of what it would be?

On the Portal log in page there is a 'Reset Password' link under the password field. If you click on the tab, you will be asked to enter your email address (chosen email address; as above) and send. A validation email is sent to you that allows you to reset your password. You will need your Postcode (Eircode) to reset your password. If you are having problems, please contact our support team.

I'm receiving the message: 'Some of the personal information does not match our records. Please check and try again'. What do I do to be able to log in?

All information is case sensitive and must not include any extra unnecessary spaces, please take care to make sure it is typed in correctly. If you still experience problems please make contact with us  and we can check your registration carefully to ensure it matches with what you expect.

I have recently changed some of my personal details...

You can change them using 'Edit Personal Details' when you are logged in. Some changes such as having a new employer can prevent you from logging in.
