Arrange, if needed, a 24 hr Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitor to confirm if hypertension is present..

Diagnosis: Based on the assessment, our team will determine if you have hypertension and its severity.

Treatment Plan: A personalized plan is developed, which may include:

Lifestyle Modifications: Recommendations for diet, exercise, stress management, and smoking
cessation. -
Medications: If necessary, medication to lower blood pressure may be prescribed.

Follow-up: Regular monitoring and adjustments to the treatment plan are made as needed.
