Each workplace must have at least one Lead Worker Safety Representative, whose role is to promote the application of COVID-19 risk reduction strategies in the workplace. Proper training is essential to ensure a consistent approach, in line with national guidelines. This training can be delivered as a self-directed online course or via webinar with Dr. Neil Reddy. All trainees receive certification on completion of the course, which can be copied to their manager for compliance purposes.
