In short

In 2026 Precision Health delivered a mobile health screening programme for a leading building firm across three countries. Our practitioners screened over 700 employees onsite: more than 50 in Amsterdam in June, 60 at project sites in Denmark in July, and over 600 at multiple sites across Ireland in September and October. Employees booked online, were screened without leaving site, and received confidential results directly.

The challenge

The firm's employees work on live construction sites across Ireland and on major projects abroad. The company wanted every employee, wherever they were based, to have the same access to a comprehensive health check, without taking people off site or disrupting tight project schedules.

Screening had to fit around shift patterns, run on or near each site, let staff choose a time that suited them, and keep every employee's results confidential.

What we did

Took the service to the teams. Our practitioners set up mobile clinics at the firm's sites and offices, so employees were screened where they work, in appointments of about 20 minutes.
Made booking simple. We built a dedicated booking page for the firm. Employees chose a date, time and location online, and could book at another site if it suited them better.
Started in the Netherlands. In Amsterdam, screening ran over three days in June 2026, with more than 50 employees seen.
Followed the projects to Denmark. In July 2026 we screened 60 employees at the firm's project sites in Denmark.
Brought it home to Ireland. In September and October 2026 we screened over 600 employees at multiple sites across Ireland.
Kept results confidential. Each employee received a password-protected personal report, with the password sent separately by SMS. The employer receives no individual medical information, and our helpdesk supported anyone with access questions.
Built on the screening with health education. The firm has also requested SunSmart skin-cancer awareness talks for its staff.

What the health check included

Height, weight and waist measurement (BMI); blood pressure and QRISK heart age; ECG screen for atrial fibrillation; full lipid profile (cholesterol); HbA1c (diabetes); kidney profile; liver function; thyroid function; iron studies; uric acid; full blood count; and urinalysis.

The results

Over 700 employees screened onsite in three countries within five months.
Over 600 in Ireland, 60 in Denmark and more than 50 in the Netherlands.
No clinic visits needed: every appointment took place on or near site.
Confidential results issued directly to each employee.
Positive feedback from the firm's team, and a request to work together again in the Netherlands.
